Karen Clarke - Service Manager

Karen initially trained as an Audio Typist for Croydon Borough Council.  Her career progressed to Audio Secretary for 6 years before she took a career break to start a family. 

She has worked for many years as a Customer Services Representative and then Manager for an Insurance Company before being made redundant in 2003. 

She has been a full time Administrator with Kent Family Mediation since January 2004. 

Michelle Kitney - Administrator

On leaving school, Michelle worked for the Metropolitan Police in London in various administrative roles before leaving to start a family in 2000.  

After a short career break she joined Kent Family Mediation in June 2001 as an Administrator.  She is married with two young sons.

Chris Plimmer  - Book-Keeper

Chris comes from an accounts background, working in a supervisory role.  She also has 25 years experience as a Company Secretary.  Chris joined Kent Family Mediation in 1998 as our Book-keeper. 

She has 2 sons, 1 grandson and 3 step grandchildren.
